- Olive Trees
- Palm Trees
- Fiddle Leaf Fig Trees
- Cypress Trees
- Pine Trees
- Other non-holiday artificial greenery sold by Vivatrees
What This Warranty Covers
This warranty covers verified manufacturing defects and factory-related quality issues affecting:
- Stands
- Power and structural support parts
- Other product components determined by VivaTrees to have a manufacturing defect or factory-related quality issue
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover:
- Loose tips, flocking loss, or minor shedding
- Specialty tree pots
- Damage caused by improper use, outdoor use, misuse, or unauthorized repair
- Normal wear and tear
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
If you experience an issue with your product, please contact our customer service team and provide:

How Claims Are Handled
