the Vivatrees Two-Year Limited Warranty Coverage for Artificial Christmas Trees

Vivatrees is pleased to offer a limited two-year product warranty on regular and sale-priced artificial Christmas trees from the original date of purchase.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects, including but not limited to:

• Defective tree frame or stand
• Broken or faulty branches caused by manufacturing issues
• Defective pre-installed lights, if applicable
• Missing or damaged parts discovered upon delivery
• Other defects in materials or workmanship that affect normal use of the product

If during the Warranty Period you submit a claim to Vivatrees in accordance with this warranty, we may, at our discretion, provide one of the following remedies:

• Replacement parts
• A replacement product of the same or similar model
• Store credit
• A refund, where replacement is not reasonably available
  

If the original product or part is no longer available, we may replace it with a comparable item of equal or greater value.

Due to the seasonal nature of our business, part and/or product availability can change rapidly during the months of November and December, and we will work with you to find a solution.
